Problem: Slashes get considered as Directory

Sometimes, NPTEL server returns empty file (NPTEL server fault)
Handle this error

1. Stop the download of that particular file (automatically stops)
2. Notify user.
   There might be multiple (/all files) with the issue, multiple warning dialogues shouldn't pop up.

Figure out the problem with network (when existing) and display to user.

When the user asks to download all videos, download only 5 videos at a time.
This will ensure maximum output in case of network interruptions.

Give a method to search for the course in the software itself.

Report an error button should send a report to [email protected] including the course name if present in the Editline widget.

When downloading many files, the server starts responding slowly.
This is in spite of setting proper User-agent.
