As per followup on #2 (comment)

This is done when:

• there is common role that upgrade/update instance, setup fail2ban, utf encoding, server time, setup www-data roles, etc.
• Travis CI server configuration is added with proper private keys and environment variable
• there is a vargrant setup to run that ansible script, need further documentation (#2, #5)
• README.md update with all the things need to run the setup locally and instructions on how the deployment works via travis.

mumble is used by the hillhacks community for conference calls.
it performed much better in a test run compared to hangouts.
shall we setup an instance on pydelhi.org or just go around highjacking hillhack's channel ;) ?
