if you expand a module without params the height change by 1px. this shouldn't happen.

occasionally the keyframes drag doesn't follow the mouse, the keyframes shift is bigger than the mouse shift

when a module is deleted, is firstly removed from the timeline and from the track, then is removed in the main app from the QTimelineModuleRef vector using the internal callback system, this call crash the app, there is an issue with the shared_ptr or the way it deletes the QTimelineModuleItemRef which inherits from cinder::TimelineItemRer.

to replicate the bug:

right click on a module, then click delete from the pop-up menu.

dragging the time doesn't always stop the module, the bug is consistent and it happens when the bar is moved slowly, a fast drag works.
