I have just installed question2answer 1.8.5
and installed latest Q2A-User-Manager

When I am in the user manager, this is my url:
http://www.somedomain.com/qa/index.php?qa=admin&qa_1=users_management&page=1

When I click on some user I get "page not found" with this url:
http://www.somedomain.com/qa/index.php?qa=user&qa_1=admin?state=edit

When the plugin works at PHP 7.2+ server it causes a notice-like message:

Probably it will fail to load in further versions of PHP without fixing.

The plugin is quite useful for bulk editing users. Thanks a lot!
It would also be handy to have a column which indicates whether a user is blocked or not.
And an extra action like "Unblock User" may also be handy.

When users are deleted the "page counter" isn't updated, so when you later browse users list you may get one or more empty pages.

Since PHP Version 8 and up, it shows a white page.
Is there any chance you could update the plugin?
