No EPUB on Export

I have Pandoc installed (via Brew) on my MacBook Pro running VS Code v. 1.19.2.

When I call your extension, only a MOBI file is outputted to the current working directory.

Any thoughts?

Configurable path for required executables

Similar to the "md2reader.cssFile" configurable parameter, please add configurable parameters "md2reader.PandocFile" (explicit path to pandoc or pandoc.exe command) and "md2reader.KindlegenFile" (explicit path to kindlegen or kindlegen.exe command) to enable users of this tool to specify the location of the Pandoc and Kindlegen commands, for cases where these tools are not in the user's ${PATH} and for cases where the user may have more than one version installed.

Path not found: .

When I try to generate a epub files, it says that "Path not found: .".
I have try to set "md2reader.outputDir": "./", it also says that "Path not found: ./" when generating.
I try to set "md2reader.outputDir": "D:/", it does not say anything, but I can't find the file.
