Hikvision/Hiwatch Video downloading script

A script for automatic downloading video/photo files from hikvision/hiwatch cameras via ISAPI interface.

Ready-to-use script is located in release folder.

usage: 
  media_download.py [-u] [-p] CAM_IP START_DATE START_TIME END_DATE END_TIME

positional arguments:
  IP           camera's IP address
  START_DATE   start date of interval
  START_TIME   start time of interval
  END_DATE     end date of interval
  END_TIME     end time of interval

optional arguments:
  -h, --help   show this help message and exit
  -u, --utc    use parameters as UTC time, otherwise use as camera's local
               time
  -p, --photo  download photos instead of videos


Examples:
  video_download.py 10.10.10.10 2020-04-15 00:30:00 2020-04-15 10:59:59
  video_download.py -u 10.10.10.10 2020-04-15 00:30:00 2020-04-15 10:59:59

live-view images

It is possible to download live-view images with you code? I am quiet confuse where it start and where it finish.

Or oven beter to download images of a especific second only.

with my NVR the function to get time offset is broken, just replacing CST by `` isn't enough.
the TIME xml response is :

Здравствуйте, у проблема с записями, которые скачиваются с видеорегистратора, они не обрезаны. При задание таймкода скачивается огромное видео, в которое попадает данный таймкод, т.е. записи не обрезаются. Это нормально или это как-то можно исправить?

Hi,

Hikview NVR have another xml-scheme to get files list... I inspect protocol by using Fiddler
I change file camera_sdk.py (replace one URL, change xml-scheme and change get request to post request)

Is it possible to somehow force your program to download all files from the camera, and if the connection is broken, wait for the restoration and then download all the files from the camera. In short, I would like, synchronization of the camera storage with a computer.
Кажется вы говорите на русском, если это так - напишите, есть немного вопросов по коду.
Интересует постоянная выгрузка файлов с хранилища камеры. Камера может быть час в сети, а потом пропасть и еще через час появится. Нужно выгружать все файлы с архива камеры, чтобы программа не останавливала свою работу при обрыве соединения.
