Add support for updating the status on patches on Patchwork.

This requires some authentication token to use the corresponding API commands.
I'm not sure if we can avoid storing it in plain-text, though :/.

Current version of the add-on only works with Kernel's Patchwork. Ideally, we should:

• Make the instance configurable, so users can use the add-on with e.g. Ozlabs's or DPDK's Patchwork
• Possibly add support for multiple instances. This might be doable via a list of instances to configure, or maybe by setting a regex with multiple patterns to detect the instances to use.

Some users would appreciate an easy way to copy just the ids for patches and series (not the whole command line to check them out). This is probably not a common use case and could be gated by a configuration option.
