@Technochips has made an AI for TTT in the past, and likely will make a new one eventually:tm:. GOLAD seems difficult to output as a message, and Mafia might be fairly difficult to make and play.

Is ultimate tic tac toe a ttt grid made out of ttt grids? If so, what are the rules because different games have different rules. (Is it http://bejofo.net/ttt ?)
