All forms of victory currently work except for up-right. Example of up-right victory:

Please have the bot catch exceptions when the desired square is outside the game board

The bot accidentally crashed while playing a 2 hour game of Tic Tac Toe? Then if this gets implemented, you will be able to continue playing without losing everything.

A gb!tictactoe leaderboard should be added to list the users with the most TTT wins.

• Implement leaderboard command

example:

Person 1: gb!tictactoe new @someone_else
Person 2: gb!tictactoe new @Person1

it's still allowed while Person 1 couldn't make a new game with Person 2
