The application should allow the user to download the generated public keys for later distribution. Preferably as zip files per entity.

Expired or not, the user should be able to renew keys and obtain a new set of public keys for later distribution.

At least be easy to build and deploy and possibly manage the keystore from a docker container that's already built.

Not sure about the medium to provide an alert to other microservices/systems but this should enable this application to alert the system maintainer/system administrator to do something with the entity (let it expire or renew).

Have the keystore manager be able to create a keypair of private and public keys.

Private keys are to be imported into the keystore. Public keys are to be set available per entity as public files for later download.
