Thank you for the detailed explanation to what happens. I know it currently does not work perfectly with instant run. I am working on this but not getting good results. On dev branch I have tried many things but unfortunately I am not successful at the moment.

The problem with the instant run is that, The code is partially changed and only those code blocks are swapped to update the apk. But as per the plugin and android's transform API I am getting the whole bunch of code to manipulate. I have also didn't find any plugins like this that supports Instant Run. So, also not getting any reference from them. That's making the task even more difficult.

I am on it, and I hope I will get the results soon and reduction in build time.

@roman-ku @NickvanDyke I have a good news. If you are using kotlin, you can use the new QuickPermissions-Kotlin that works out of the box and works with instant run.
