Moving a file out of the spool dir while program is running results in nil pointer dereference

Need to check if a file to be spooled already has a checksum entry in the db
Files copied to the error_spool dir should get renamed to include the new name along with the old name
Be more tenacious about spooling a file with a name that already exists
If the newPath for a file already exists we can attempt to rename it until a suitable name is found.
Need command line params and configuration files
Need to be able to specify the configuration with command line params or a config file.
spool_dir is being pruned at the end of spooling
Empty directories are left in the spool directory after spooling is complete
Need to allow jpeg suffixes and ensure they are renamed jpg
Also make sure the suffix is always lowercase.
Currently only jpgs are spooled
