Filter All VPA issuers to those who issue mobile number based VPAs after validation

The UPI validation API provided by Razorpay does not function anymore.

This issue is for tracking a replacement API provider.

To-do:

• Test the various remaining address types referenced in the post above to verify whether they work, or not
• Implement address types that are found to be working

Get VPA suffixes of all FASTag issuers.

• NPCI Issuer list - UPI Handles
• FASTag recharges using BHIM

A code of conduct is required for this project.

Problem Statement :

VPAs are also auto issued by select PSP / TPAP against specific pattern. While searching for type of VPAs, also allow ability to include seeded / custom regex.

Solution Approach :

Create a data file documenting the various known prefixes and implement an option to include searching these options.

Create a detailed suffix - app mapper to know the app(s) possibly used by the user for a given suffix. A relatively outdated list of apps (that has NPCI CL embedded onto them) is available here
