Write a README.md, explaining the project goals, how to use and work with it

Add Docker and a docker-compose.yml to deploy the app anywhere without having to install anything, neither a database.

• This opens the possibility of using DockerHub or GitHub registries to publish releases

The clases and code are not documented, just to have a good practice comment the classes explaining what they do and why they are there

Before adding new functionality and do a CI workflow, the projects must have tests with good coverage

Add a simple workflow that have at least this steps:

• Format code with cargo fmt and check if there is a diff. In that case fails
• Run tests
• Release (this may need to resolve #4 first)

Also a PR workflow would be nice just with steps 1 and 2

Other ideas:

• Automatic labeler, assigner, etc
