Format figure 12-1
Figure 12-1 in k_nearest_neighbor is formatted differently than it is in the book. In the book the map only shows the US. Also add a legend to the map
use of %run
Currently uses %run to share code between ipython notebooks. There are problems with this because it loads everything in the file into the current namespace. It would be nice to do something to only import desired functions.
