I do! it's currently on my to do list after timezone support, as 0.5.0.
I actually had it in at one point, but removed it before the initial release of yarr - it used my own tagging library, which isn't quite ready for release yet. I considered using a foreign key category model or different tagging library in the meantime, but I've already done most of the UI work in my tagging code, so figured it wouldn't hurt to hold it for a later release.
I realise it's important to quite a few people though, so I'll see what I can do to speed things up. I think I'll push back most of the 0.3.x roadmap items to 0.5.x, and look at making a 0.5 dev branch that uses an initial release of my tagging library. I've got quite a lot on at the moment though, so I think it's still a couple of weeks away.

Ah I didn't see the roadmap! Thanks. I am going to working some things I would like to see in the project on my fork. Would you want to start adding those features in the roadmap so we can maybe talk about them just in case I want to try implementing some?

Excellent, any patches welcome! I'm pretty open to merging anything that doesn't drag the project off in a totally different direction, but if you'd like to discuss ideas first, it would probably be easiest to keep track of things if we opened them as separate enhancement issues.
I've got a few ideas for certain bits of the roadmap - I'll create some separate issues to document them. I'm also refactoring the javascript on a private branch; I'll try to get that finished soon, but in the meantime just hack away at the nasty version as necessary, and I'll port across any changes.

So, when this feature would be implemented?

I'm in the middle of a client project which is taking all my time at the moment, but I'm keen to get my tagging library released and this issue closed - hope to get on to it in a week or two, but I'll say "implemented this year" to be safe.
