Possibility not to use the config nickName

Add a context menu on the favourites.
Add a config item "useGlobalNick" : boolean
Add a config item "askIfGlobalNick" : boolean. If set will display popup to ask if the user wants to use globalNick before joining a channel.

error with npm start

when i try and start the program with npm start i get this error
