The first prototype can be found on https://github.com/rafamanzo/runge-kutta. This new prototype has a similar architeture, but uses the VTK library instead of directly OpenGL.

# System Requirements #

To compile it you will need from CMake (www.cmake.org). Also the version 5.8.0 from the VTK library is required.

./RungeKutta --analyze <image.hdr>

Then you will be prompted for other params by the program.

The support to Analyze was achieved by the use of the open library CImg (http://cimg.sourceforge.net/index.shtml) distributed under the CeCILL-C license (http://www.cecill.info/licences/Licence_CeCILL-C_V1-en.html).
