This github repostory is a companion to the the Certified Alexa Skill Building course at Linux Academy

Theses series of AWS hands-on lab, will create working skills as discussed in each course video, and are independanty consumable labs. Each lab come with a set of instructions if you are following along with the course videos and the labs you may not have to repeat each step. This course is an advance programming course a working knowledge of git, AWS and Alexa Skill Building is assumed.
By the end of each lab, you will be closer to passing the Certified Alexa Skill Builder Specialty Exam. The outlined insructions set for each lab on github is not a complete set of instrucions for completing each lab. You will need to Log in to Linux Academy and watch the videos along with the reviewing the course material to understand how to integrate each lab into the greater course.

Each lab insructions assumes you have your developer environment ready to go and that you have some familiarity with CLI (Command Line Interface) Tools, AWS, and the ASK Developer Portal.

• Node.js (> v8)
• Register for an AWS Account
• Register for an Amazon Developer Account
• Install and initialize the ASK CLI

Each lab is an available Branch in this repository. It is done this way so you can mirror the repository and merge the changes to follow along. This will help you understand the changes to the source between each lab and consume each lab independantly.
