Describe the bug
User answers not being rendered correctly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to /user/answers
2. Answer all questions
3. Change via pagination

Client Side

• No request should be made until all the values are properly filled.
• Check if the password matches beforehand.
• Try using default validation error rather than using popup alert.
• Add a loader while registration button is clicked.
• Let the user know on the successful registration.

The question gets stuck while deleting through admin panel sometimes.

• The Enter Key gets stuck while adding the question
• The delete button gets stuck sometimes randomly
