Displaying the boat's point of sail (angle of attack between the boat and the apparent wind vectors) can improve the simulation experience (by making it more informative/simple).

The mechanics of the boat are highly dependent on how the drag and lift coefficients are determined based on the mainsail's angle of attack (with respect to the apparent wind). Therefore, it is critical to explore other options for regressing these coefficient values.

With the development of SailBot, some issues were detected and resolved from the original SailSim directory. Some of these changes should be merged to SailBot to improve the code
