I appreciate that Linux support snap version. But, not everyone likes snap. Is this possible to support Flatpak/.deb/Appimage?
I'm able to trigger in some way these mails while managing and dragging bookmarks inside the desktop app on windows.
Missing version in flatpak, which has native support for Redhat/Fedora based systems.
I wanted to sync all of my bookmarks to use raindrop.io as my new bookmark manager. So I tried to upload the exported HTML file from my Chrome and Safari bookmarks and this happened:

Now onto my issue, yesterday I got an unrecognised sign-in to my Google account from Safari on an iPhone. The only possible cause I could think of (other than I've been hacked) is that I signed into the desktop app around the same time.
Is it possible that the MacOS app is somehow identifying as Safari on an iPhone? I tested logging into my Google Account from my actual Safari installation on my Macbook, setting the user agent to iPhone in the development options, and it did indeed show up in my Google Security dashboard as an iPhone.
I'd be very grateful if you could look into this as it would put my mind at ease about my account being compromised 😅

When you access the bookmarks page in chrome located at https://app.raindrop.io/my/0, you cannot see the full path of a nested collection:
You can see in the attached image that I have a bookmark in the nested collection "Oculus Quest 2", that is inside "Vr", that is inside "Gaming", but in the list of bookmarks I can only see "Oculus Quest 2", and in order to see where that collection is, I have to click on the link for "Oculus Quest 2" to be able to see in the left tree of bookmarks, where it's located.
I'd like to see the full path for the collection in the list, e.g. "Gaming/VR/Oculus Quest 2" instead of only "Oculus Quest 2"
That's because I could have several generic nested collections with the same name, e.g. "keyboards/blue", "toys/blue", etc.

I am using Raindrop web version with Raindrop extension, noticed the latest edits disappear after a minute of creating it, either it was creating new groups or changing the order, or moving a collection to another group, or both.
Tried clearing the site cash, re-login, but did not work.
Raindrop.io Version: 5.5.12, and no integration installed.
Browser: Avast Browsers, no blocking extension is installed.

Then, I used the commands below in terms of solving the issue;

They worked last week and solved the issue, but now it is happening again.
I can not open the desktop app.
As Electron now officially supports Windows ARM64, it would be great to have raindrop available on this platform.
Or at least some instructions on how to build for WIN ARM64

I did not want to install snap on my system, and I'm also switching to Void, without systemd, so I'd like to be able to do a native install. I could still use a container for my case, but this is a bug for now.

I have first tried deleting all raindrop folders from my user library, with the same result.
The previous version does open, but it is automatically updated to the same unusable version.
I do not understand that mania with forcing everyone to update, especially when in many cases they end up with an incompatible version.

On the macOS desktop app, there is a minor layout problem. The default buttons to maximize/minimize (red/orange/green) a window are rendered on top of the account avatar and drop down menu:
The account info should be layed out a bit lower to no longer overlap.
Hi, Raindrop for Windows icon on Windows task bar has no transparent background. As you can see all the other application icons have a transparent background:
I have a group at the very bottom of all of my other groups and it has collections inside it, similar to the others above.
The difference is that the whole group in this case is set to "Not Shown".
When I move away from the desktop app and back onto it the content within the sub collections in the hidden group are what is displayed on the screen.

Just bought a year-long subscription and it took me a while to grasp how to use this tool on my Windows desktop. The key question is the user authentication: it could be done via authentication to the browser as well as authentication directly to the extension running in the browser. In my case, I did not want the browser "know who am i", as the browser does some unwanted actions on my behalf in some situations. I was authenticated to the raindrop extension, but that in itself was not sufficient to get the "stylized cloud icon" to appear on the browser's bar
I had to click on the Pin icon in order to ensure that the "stylized cloud icon" to appear and stay on the browser's bar
I do not believe that I am the only dumb user who needed this information presented on you on-line documentation, so please add that for the sake of all other newcomers.

I just purchased a PRO subscription and have been trying to install the Windows client for about an hour now. Regardless of installation method nothing is ever actually installed on my system. The installers appear to execute without issue, but no files are transferred or configurations performed.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro Build 19640 (Windows Insider Fast Ring) on a Lenovo T580.
I began as I imagine most new Windows subscribers would, going here which is linked from the home page; then clicking the icon for the Windows Desktop App which downloads RaindropInstaller.exe. Double-clicking RaindropInstaller.exe (both as a regular user and right-clicking to "Run as Administrator") resulted in the following small popup that quickly disappeared:
The process seemed to end successfully (that is, no errors displayed) but nothing was installed.
I then tried running RaindropInstaller.exe both from the Windows command line and Powershell, again as both a regular user an administrator. Same results as double-clicking and no output to the console, so no way to debug.
Next I tried downloading the installer directly from Raindrop.io's Github repo and tried to install it the same ways as the previous installer, but I had the same results - popup image was displayed and nothing was installed.
Finally I tried to build the client by installing Yarn and cloning github.com/raindropio/desktop.git. I switched to the cloned directory .\desktop and ran yarn deploy_prod, which immediately exited with the following error (presumably because I don't have git push permissions on this repo:

Seems like there is an issue in windows.yml, why would the installation client need to push to Github before building?
I'm not a Yarn expert but I tried manually installing the dependencies by running install dependencies (skipping the on: attribute in windows.yml) but many of the packages failed to install (or installed with warnings) because they were 32-bit. Finally I even tried manually running npx electron-forge publish --platform=win32 but that too failed in spectacular fashion. I don't have the error output because I stopped copying the error messages when I realized that nothing was going to work until windows.yml was fixed.
I'm really disappointed in this purchase. I haven't imported my bookmarks yet because I was trying to use the Windows client, so I really hope the browser extension has all the same functionality as the client. I'n regretting this purchase because:
I really hope I'm just doing something wrong, I would love for this solution to bookmarking to work for me. Unfortunately I can't even RTFM for it because it doesn't seem to exist.
Is there a possibility to set the "zoom" for once? I'm setting it, zooming out - but after a while it's coming back to default view.
Per this help page on Highlights, I should be able to highlight text on a page and see that highlight in the preview on the Raindrop desktop app. Even in the desktop app I'm not seeing the highlight UI as described on the help pages.
This app doesn't add an entry to the share card in Windows through the Web Share API.
