Adding a head section in the manifest won't work out of the box, we still have to manually build the binary and install it on build.head?.

For several apps, Claveilleur can use AXFocusedWindowChanged to see if they are switched to, but it doesn't seem to know when they are switched away from.

Some examples include:

• com.apple.notificationcenterui
• com.apple.controlcenter

The current workaround is simply to first switch to another app that doesn't have this issue, and after that everything will work as intended again.

@wtdcode: The Accessibility API prompt persists even if the permissions have been successfully granted in System Settings.

This is an issue unique to running a CI-built binary on arm64. Neither x64 machines nor self-built binaries is affected.
