Hey guys,
we are installed the package on nest js and typeScript, but we have a problem when importing classes from the package,
Error message: Cannot find module 'countries-states-cities-service' or its corresponding type declarations.ts(2307),
any help please and thx

We are building our project using vite and we get the following issue:

Error: Failed to resolve entry for package "countries-states-cities-service". The package may have incorrect main/module/exports specified in its package.json: Failed to resolve entry for package "countries-states-cities-service". The package may have incorrect main/module/exports specified in its package.json.

Looking at package.json, it makes reference to lib/index.js, yet in node_modules/countries-states-cities-service/lib there is no index.js. Instead it is in the src sub folder.

It looks like the packaging or references need to be fixed up.

This impacts version 1.3.2

Module not found: Can't resolve 'countries-states-cities-service' even if i did nothing wrong.

same with create-react-app, module still not found. both yarn add and npm install

I am using this module in react-native 0.60.0. I am getting this 'Maximum call stack size excedded' error in real devices.

If I connect a debugger with iOS simulator or Android emulator, it works fine., if I disconnect a debugger, it has a same error in iOS simulator.

Hello. I am using this library to retrieve all US states. I would like to request addition of US territories & US Virgin Islands to the list. For reference, here is the list of all US states & territories. Specifically, I am requesting the following:

American Samoa (AS)
Guam (GU)
Northern Mariana Island (MP)
Puerto Rico (PR)
Virgin Islands (VI)

Opening this ticket since issue #11 wasn't actually properly resolved. I have since added a PR to that issue, that should fix the underlying problem.
