Encoder requires c99 compiler for now.
Big endian still not supported for aiff reading

You now can use aiff on little-endian x86, x86-64 and aarch64

first create your file:

sox -M  ../lamedecoder/*.wav -c 4 4ch.aiff

then you can encode it

./mctoolame 4ch.aiff

Update: now seems to work for 1-6 ch AIFFs at 32/44.1/48 Khz

Predictive mode (-P)  seems to be broken
