LeboncoinManager

A module to easily manage your ads on leboncoin.fr. Owing an account on leboncoin.fr is mandatory.

Available actions:

publish a new ad
push an existing ad on the top of the ad list
delete an ad

Installation

pip install leboncoin_manager

Usage

from leboncoinManager import leboncoinManager

#Connect to your account
manager = leboncoinManager("username", "password")

#push an existing ad on the top of the list
manager.update("ad title") # "ad title" is the title visible on leboncoin.fr

You can use the provided CLI leboncoin_manager to manage your ads:: leboncoin_manager -c ads.conf

A configuration file example is provided ('update.conf').

Moving towards a server (without GUI / windows manager)

Hello,

I am currently trying to adapt your code in order to make it work in a headless server (= without GUI or X).

I am not familiar with the possibilities of seleniumhq but for the moment I made this change :

 class LeboncoinManager:
     def __init__(self, username=None, password=None):
-        self.driver = webdriver.Firefox()
+        # Create a copy of desired capabilities object.
+        desired_capabilities = webdriver.DesiredCapabilities.HTMLUNIT.copy()
+        # Change the proxy properties of that copy.
+        desired_capabilities['acceptSslCerts'] = True
+        self.driver = webdriver.Remote("http://www.whateverhere.org", desired_capabilities)
         self.wait = WebDriverWait(self.driver, 10)

But it fail with json decoding.
