org task redis lock hanging after celery worker is restarted/stopped

Org home should be configurable

Several org views redirect to '@orgs.org_home'. This should be configurable by dashboards that wish to use a different home page for orgs.

Pypi release

Please update the Pypi for this project, when possible.

Add support for Django 2.1

Smartmin is now 1.11/2.0/2.1 so we should bump this up to 2.0/2.1

Org API class should use RapidPro Python client where applicable

Org.build_host_link ignores subdomain set in Org

Issue

When calling build_host_link in Org model, e.g. in Invitation.send_email, the subdomain of the organization is ignored.

Steps to reproduce

Create an organization with a subdomain.
Ensure settings.HOSTNAME == 'subdomain.domain' and settings.SESSION_COOKIE_SECURE == True
Calling org.build_host_link() returns http://domain

Expected results

Calling org.build_host_link() should return https://subdomain.domain, note the prefix is "https" and not "http". Also, the subdomain is included in the link.
