pira1n's Issues

Apple M1 support

Hello,

Is there any way this could be adapted to run on the Apple M1 CPU (which runs on ARM64)?

since currently there isn’t a single bootable OS for ARM64 CPUs with checkra1n built in.

I was thinking of running it as a VM on my M1 mac as the current checkra1n Mac version doesn’t work on ARM64.

I’ve been using this on my RPi 4 for quite some time and it’s been great!

thanks

Auto recover mode option not working on BPI Zero W

Hey, i have updated the piRa1n on my BPI Zero W and it seems like it wont kick the device into recovery mode as soon as i plug it in.

it just asks to trust the device, after entering my passcode nothing happens.

Edit: maybe its possible to add a button to the web UI to enter safemode manually? i am connected to my iPhone's hotspot so its convenient

Remove

How to remove it i shearhed really long but i cant find. i need to do inmportant stuff with my pi now but the web client is also still installed

Doesn’t seem to work on iPad Mini 2

Hello,

I have piRa1n installed on my raspberry pi 4B 4GB RAM (running raspbian buster lite). And it’s been working perfectly with ny iPhone X!

I recently tried it out with my iPad Mini 2 (Cellular) and it doesn’t seem to work at all. I plug in the iPad Mini 2 to the raspberry pi and throw it into DFU mode, and nothing happens!

Happens in both iOS 13.4.1 and 13.5 (both versions worked on the iPhone X with pira1n)

Thanks

Iphone 8+ stuck on apple logo booting

I have installed piRa1n on my bananapi m2 zero and whenever i go into dfu mode, it starts jailbreaking like normal, but after it says booting it just goes to the apple logo and is stuck like that until I do a hard reset. Is there any chance you csn help or chould I ask the checkra1n devs?
