With my KitKat, I received,

where it happened after the picture or video was taken.

Thank you so much for providing this code and the tutorial at https://www.androidhive.info/2013/09/android-working-with-camera-api/

I am an social scientist, and used and modified this code to create an app that lets me annotate pictures with ID codes and specify custom files names. I'd like to release my APK file so that other researchers can use my app to collect data as well. It is, of course, not-for-profit.

I don't see a license file anywhere in this github repository, where it says explicitly if you allow this code to be re-used by others. If you could let me know if the code is published under an open-source license, I would appreciate it.

Thanks again for the great template. I had never worked on Android apps before trying to make this app I needed, and your code help me save dozens if not hundred of hours when collecting and entering my data!
