What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate a dotCover XML analyse report document
2. Run cover2emma on the generated XML document

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting to see an emma document created that we can then use within 
Jenkins. Unfortunately we only get a 'Unhandled exception occurred. Closing 
application.' response in the command line. When we look at the logs that NBug 
creates we only see the following:

NBugTrace: Starting to handle a System.AppDomain.UnhandledException.
NBugTrace: Starting to generate a bug report for the exception.
NBugTrace: As per setting 'Settings.StopReportingAfter(30)', bug reporting 
feature was enabled for a certain amount of time which has now expired: Bug 
reporting is now disabled.

We do not know at this time if our document is not correct, if cover2emma can 
handle the latest version of dotCover or if it is an issue with the NBug 
logging.

We are using version 0.5.0.0

1. Generate a dotCover.xml file from dotCover
3. cover2emma -dotCover dotCover.xml emma.xml

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that emma.xml would include stats for method, block or line 
level - but it only includes class level coverage.

0.4.0.0, Windows 7 x64
