add a customized better code hub config

Need a blog index page listing all available blog articles.

• improves usability/consistency of site
• enables tracking by google analytics

• currently the content is hardcoded to be max 500px and hence left/right sides are not symmetrical on larger screens
• apply bootstrap's column offset to create a symmetrical spacing on left/right sides of pages

Add ability to host blog articles.
This does include creating a blog list/index page (Issue #4).
Simply be able to map a url to an article.
Articles will be jinja html templates.

• add url slug + date as markdown meta (instead of relying on being stored in markdown filename)
• read/parse all articles' meta data and create an inmemmory db/dict that can be easily sorted/queried
