What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Display an issue 
2. Click on second button in ToolBar (hierarchy button)
3. Double click on an issue in order to display it
4. A popup appears displaying selected issue
5. after popup closes the "Tree control no longer exists" message appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After popup closes in step 5 firstly displayed issue has been displayed.
