I'm assuming setOnJostickMovedListener is a typo, meaning 
setOnJoystickMovedListener. It's tripped me up a couple of times, and with the 
external dependency for my application (BLUBoT), anytime I develop on a new 
machine or new OS Install, it confuses me for a moment :D

line 377:
getX(ponterId); => getX(pointerIndex);

caused me days of issue rooting it out.

Hey, I made some changes to support multitouch. Would you mind taking a look.
I ended up having to add an offset coordinate to the JoystickView because of 
the way
the touches are handled in this configuration.

Would you mind giving some feedback on it. Just wondering if there's a better 
way to do this.
I fought with it all day yesterday trying to do it without having the parent 
set an offset on the 
child but couldn't find a way to do it.
