If you use IE6 and your site is protected with SSL, the creating of the iframe with no src attribute will result in a warning by IE6 saying that this site is trying to access an insecure source. The fix for this is to inclue a src of
src="javascript:false"
If you look around the net this has been the fix for many lightbox implementations that also must include an iframe.

And by the way, Thanks your great fork of the original jquery autocomplete. This one had all the upgrades I needed (and frankly I think these should be in the main version as well, I was very surprised how inflexible the original plugin was)
