The Mac build needs to be signed using an Apple developer certificate.

Add configuration for a GitHub action that builds and tests the code.

Only download the JDKs and assemble the output for the current platform. Right now, the build downloads all the JDKs even if it can't build runtime images.

Add support for Apple Silicon and move Java version to 22.

Demo application needs a custom icon.

Switch the initial UI to be a Scene created by Scene Builder. Scene Builder is the standard JavaFX tool for creating JavaFX user interfaces.
