The plugin settings modal looks kinda weird when using the dark theme:

Hey I really enjoy your theme. Though there are some minor imperfections that affect usability.
There are no boxes around page references. In the example attached that's not big problem. But for pages with many references it becomes cluttered. If I had more experiences with css, id probably copy the styling code from queries (there the boxes are present).

This is of course only a suggestion. Thanks for providing this great theme!

Code block is very dull and doesn't match the theme
