Currently we need to use following task to delete a file:

  - task: shell
    label: Removing default App.tsx
    actions:
      - command: cmd /c del App.tsx
        when:
          PLATFORM: win32
      - command: rm ./App.tsx
        when:
          PLATFORM:
            $not: win32

We could simplify this by adding alias for some operations, currently only delete

instead of copying whole file in backup folder, user can add file ref to imports prop in upgrade.yml, while upgrading this file will be imported directly from path

Following folders should not be imported while upgrading:

• android *
• ios *
• .upgrade
• node_modules

(*) shouldn't be imported as a whole, can be imported some files in it

Check diff between old and new package.json at:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/react-native-community/rn-diff-purge/release/0.73.6/RnDiffApp/package.json

Do not include deprecated package in the new one.

Packages will be able to run shell scripts
