rename `id` to `uuid`

for content page objects rename the id column to uuid so the realm browser will automatically generate unique ids as the user adds more pages

exclude unhandled element types

currently the content view controller displays an empty row for elements that have unrecognized type. hide those for now before there's a way to register custom element types

Row index error when updating h1 to h3 for a current offer item
