Plugin Broken on 12.3 and 13.1 Release

Trying to get this plugin going with the 13.1 release here but I'm not sure what's going on here:

  These pkgs will be installed:

I'm sure the same thing happens with the 12.3 release.

nexus is failing to get IP after reboot : IP_DROP_MEMBERSHIP failed: Can't assign requested address

nexus plugin installation is working, but after reboot (or restart of plugin) service is unavailable at http://192.168.132.24:8081/
