This is a simple script to manage Glaucoma Hemifield Test data from Zeiss Humphrey Field Analyzer (HFA). It is for sorting the GHT image files into groups based on the criteria that is a column of the dataframe. The script will create folders and sort the image files into the folders based on the criteria.
To sort the GHT image files into groups, run the following command:
python ght_grouper.py
