funnyalgorithms's Issues

Hacktoberfest - Pull Request Review

Hey everyone,

ReciHub FunnyAlgorithms is receiving a lot of pull requests, and this is awesome 🔥

Since I study and I have a job, I can't review all pull requests so fast, but don't worry your pull requests are already counting for hacktoberfest, even when they don't get merged.

Only spamming pull requests don't count, and they are marked as invalid following Hacktoberfest quality standards. 🎆

As soon as possible I will review all pull requests, and merge then or request for some changes, but it doesn't impact on your Hacktoberfest participation.

Coolmetter : Enter "0" throw IllegalArgumentException

From 0-100 how cool you think you are?:

Add a new Funny algorithm

Can i be assigned to contribute an algorithm for finding the K-th element from last in a linked list ?

Kaprekar Constant

Can you please review and merge PR#747. As it would help me to reach my goal in hactoberfest 2020

Totient function code in sieve

I can add totient function code in sieve because it's an important algorithm to know and can also describe it's time complexity

AVL tree

Hey, I'd like to add AVL tree implementation to the library. Is that ok?

Push force incident - October 3th

Hi everyone,

Today accidentally one of the ReciHub member's did a Force Push in FunnyAlgorithms repository, which cause the loss of some codes/algorithms.

It doesn't impact in Hacktoberfest counting because all pull request stills here and approved.

I could recover most of the commits making new pull requests from your forks, since it was a manual job, maybe I failed in finding some forks. So please check the repository in order to make sure that your code stills there.

If you notice some missing code, go to your fork and open again a pull request from your branch to ReciHub/FunnyAlgorithms master branch.

If your code is missing on the repository and you deleted your branch, you can find your code on your approved pull request and make the process of contributing again.

We are all humans and being human means sometimes make some errors, and learn with them. And it works as a warning for the push force usage, it's a dangerous command and should be avoided to use, if you really need to use a push force try to use git push __force-with-lease which avoid deleting commits from remote.

our sincere apologies,
ReciHub Team.

Golang CLI tool

I will create a Golang CLI tool for a quiz app, using algorithms and concurrency, go routines as well as some basic packages like fmt, rand etc. Please assign me this under Hacktoberfest

We need maintainers!

We have a lot of code here, which means a lot of work to review all this code and maintain the minimum level of quality of code for this repository.

So, if you like code reviewing and are kind to people, join us as maintainer of FunnyAlgoritms! ❤️
