Move and rename files properly for a tidier folder structure and add production env blocks
I.e.. Run webpack dev server only in env dev mode

Need to create a function that accepts initial state for the store and the component that is going to be tested
Mount it while stubbing context
Destructure to get the nested output component
Make sure the store has its class methods stubbed with sinon spies too

Use a function or class to bootstrap multiple services?
Traverse src/server/services/*/ dir and require nested service.js files? To stop having to write app.use(route, service) in hmr-mode for example.
App.configure passes app as this down to the function param

This should run prod
Maybe rename hmr-mode to dev-mode et vice versa
