Default value should be false

This option should be set to disallow hooks by default when installing a profile via dotm install. This should make the command a bit more secure.

Deps can be installed by adding them to a deps.toml

This command should handle breaking changes in the configuration file if possible.

While using a linux on a stick (Arch, Manjaro) follwing output is generatet:

Currently uninstall only removes the symlinks.
Add an option, that also removes the dotfile folder and the config entry for the profile.
