It would be nice if entries wouldn't be read only.

Couldn't figure out how to read files nested in directories. Is it possible? If yes, how?

I can't open this file (from a public corpus of government documents) with cfb.

I get this exception:

 File "cfb/helpers.py", line 79, in from_filetime
    return datetime.utcfromtimestamp((time - 116444736000000000) / 10000000)
ValueError: year is out of range

If I patch this function to handle the ValueError exception, then I get weird behaviour later when processing the file (I can not reproduce this with a short code yet).

I think that this date parsing error could be the symptom of a more serious problem. Could you check what's going on here?
