Rake pipeline was fun, but grunt is probably more sane then the custom recipe set up.

When using cs_console in other apps, there may be a need/concern about filling up localstorage with console history. We need a way to specify maximum entries of history to keep and when to start deleting the last ones.

The idea of the welcome text is that it is a generic message, it shouldn't have the syntax highlighting run over it. This probably means switching it to being an output widget instead of just normal input.

I've been handling these as they pop up, but it would be great to have an actual ansi/html replacement parser implemented so we don't get those random ansi characters in the output that haven't been handled.

This will probably need to be lexer based, since regex isn't really going to cut it if this is done properly.
