I tried to run the code from this repository, following the instructions. I noticed two problems:

1. Module neuron_model.py depends on scikit-image, but that dependency is not mentioned in the instructions.

2. The script run_all.py supposes that a Python interpreter with the required modules is available under python in the search path. This is not true on my machine, where the default Python is still 2.7. Ideally, run_all.py should look up the interpreter used to run it and use the same one in the calls to subprocess.run Alternatively, delete run_all.py and tell people to run the two other scripts in order.
