📚 About Me

I'm a curious and versatile Software Engineer with a focus on back-end and systems development. My current work tech stack is primarily built around Golang, Rust, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL on AWS. I love to explore new technologies and solve complex problems. As such I am often working on side projects, little tools and apps in various tech stacks and languages to help refine my skillset.

I'm not just curious when coding; I have a life outside of the terminal too!

I'm a snowboarding and skateboarding enthusiast (though my injuries heal slower these days).
I enjoy the strategy behind a good game of chess (getting better) and the melodies of a guitar (also getting beter).
I love to travel—most of South East Asia needs checking off before I hit 40, and Europe is in my backyard so who know's where I will be year to year.
Currently, I'm diving deep into the Japanese language and culture, enriched by my love for Anime and Manga, so I can become だいじょうぶ!
