Restore Monarchy Unturned Servers Community Solutions

This is official repository of Restore Monarchy Unturned servers project. It contains Plugins, Web and Database solutions.
Website is made in ASP.NET Core 3.0 using Blazor.
Plugins are made in C# using RocketMod 4 framework.
Database is meant for SQL Server 2017

Note
If you want to use Web server, rename appsettings.default.json file to appsettings.json and fill in with your credentials!

Building failed

Hello while building this project I got

"C:\Users\james\Desktop\Main\Work\Servers\Web\Server\Web.Server.csproj : error NU1101: Unable to find package AspNet.Security.ApiKey.Providers. No packages exist with this id in source(s): nuget.org [C:\Users\james\Desktop\Main\Work\Servers\Web\Web.sln]"

I tried restoring, but the same error seems this package is missing from NuGet any help you can provide?
