Feedback for your proposal:

You should consider things like how you present the sites in a meaningful way (is hulu and netflix really different, or could they be merged into an entertainment category?). Think about why the user would be using your app and what features help them achieve that goal (productivity, etc.). Could there be a different value proposition (such as, if a user sees that they use netflix 90% of the time under the entertainment category, perhaps they can make the financially sound decision of dropping hulu) instead of a social component (comparing to a friend). If the app is solely about productivity, perhaps you should provide interventions rather than only analysis.
