Allow closing a group of tabs at once

I often have a group of pages (Google Calendar events, Critique pages, etc.) that I would like to be able to close with one click.

Suggested UX:

Hovering over the group title/icon shows the existing close badge.
Clicking on the badge closes all tabs in that group.
Group titles participate in keyboard nav (ArrowLeft/Right to step in/out of a group).

I'd be happy to provide a PR.

max-height in .group causes overlap

max-height: 1000px; at https://github.com/reyet/favitabs/blob/master/src/tabs.css#L32 causes significant rendering issues (row overlap) for large tab groups. After ~35 tabs with the same favicon (in my case, Google Docs), the next section renders on top.

Removing this rule solves the problem. I assume it's there for a reason, but it's not clear to me why? Can it be removed?
